Equipment inspection PDFs are public lot information. Signed purchase agreements and invoices containing buyer or account details are accessed through your private account.

Equipment photographs, videos, inspection reports and descriptions on this site are provided to help customers evaluate the listed equipment. Do not copy or republish them to impersonate Hickel Auction Service, advertise equipment you are not authorized to sell or mislead buyers.

For permission to reuse our website content or branding, contact contact@oldtimers.help. Visible ownership labels identify the source of our gallery and video-player content. Public material can still be captured or copied; confirm the website and the transaction with us.

We use cookie-free Vercel Analytics to understand website traffic and actions. We do not send website events to Meta: its Pixel and server-side website tracking are disabled. Essential sign-in, security and inquiry-session cookies remain in use to operate those features. Inquiry contact details and messages are not sent to visitor analytics.

When you send an equipment inquiry, Hickel Auction Service saves your name, email, optional phone number, equipment interest, message, submission time, and your adult/contact confirmations. Authorized marketplace operators can review these records to respond about the equipment. A copy is emailed to contact@oldtimers.help through our email-delivery provider so our team can respond. Your supplied email address is used as the Reply-To address for that office notification. An inquiry does not place an offer, reserve a lot, authorize payment, or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

We use an essential, HttpOnly form-session cookie for up to 24 hours, short-lived form tokens, and a network-address digest to prevent forged requests, duplicates and abuse. The hosting/database providers process the inquiry to operate this service. Inquiry records remain in the private operator inbox for follow-up; contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or retention. No lead data is sold, and we do not add inquiry contacts to unrelated marketing lists.

When you register, we record the public IP addresses observed when registration starts and completes, with registration and check timestamps. We use an essential, signed HttpOnly registration cookie for up to 24 hours to connect the registration request to your account. Authorized administrators can view your account email, account creation time, purchase-approval status and these security results.

To help identify suspicious registrations, our server sends the IP address alone to proxycheck.io for VPN, proxy, Tor and IP-risk and attack-history checks. We do not send your name, email, phone, offers, payment details or verification recordings to this provider. Results can be inaccurate or unavailable and do not automatically reject your account or prevent you making offers. A VPN flag does not mean a customer is fraudulent. “Attack-associated” refers to this provider’s risk intelligence, not every blacklist.

Registration-IP records and check results are retained privately for account security. Contact contact@oldtimers.help about access, corrections or deletion. Older accounts may not have a captured registration IP. These security records are separate from advertising and analytics and are never sent as marketing events.
